Positive: Location is excellent, nice and clean apartment. Parking is easy as it is right outside the building.

Negative: I have paid for the city tax amounting to £34 when I book the apartment. However, upon arrival, the host asks us to pay again with cash. So, I think I have double paid. Also, there is additional charge for parking and need to pay cash for it. Sounds unusual to be asking so many payments in cash.

Summary: Excellent location but have hidden charges in cash for city tax and parking.

Positive: The location is perfect. You won't feel like going away from the house. Perfect view of snow mountain and lake. The staff is also good and cooperative. Very close to the train station. Coop is also at walkable distance. If I come again then I would definitely stay here again. We had enough utensils in the kitchen. Everything was perfect.

Positive: Overall, everything is superb. Great location near Brienz station. The scenery of lake brienz is excellent, and memorable. There are kitchen with facility, microwave, coffee machine, electronic stove. The heater in every room is good for snowy outside. The host help to correct the warm water problem. Easy to check in.

Negative: The basin in toilet is not well-drained. The housemate do not clean the apartment during 4 night stay. Some old parquet floor is look-like need repaired
