Summary: We had some night owl neighbors above us and we didn't get much sleep. I asked for an extension of my check out time and the staff happily agreed. Continental breakfast didn't have much of a selection but the food they did have was good. I felt the price of the room was perfect for what we got. Everything was clean and the staff were super nice.

Summary: Minimal efforts to maintenance, very noisy from adjacent rooms, minimal staffing, broken or missing security (locks or locking latches) worn out bed, minimal cleanliness, broken widow latch and screen on ground level

Summary: The water was orange so showering was out, the bed was comfortable and they had a got tub that was clean so overall it wasnt terrible.

Summary: Toilet bowl has ring around it .The whole room definitely needs an upgrade especially the bathroom and light fixtures.

Summary: Doors close at 7 so didnt know you had to go around back of building. Tv did not work and bed was way to hard.

Summary: The best part of the stay was their hot tub. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the door didn't shut/lock all the way.

Summary: The hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly. The issue was, however, the pool and hot tub were "closed until further notice". Why was I paying full price for amenities I was not able to use?

Summary: The customer service is not that great, never asking if you need towels and barging in without knocking to clean on time so that the poorly trained manager does not get upset. They do serve breakfast but that is if you get in there before they lock your room an hour before check out. I had been asked to move rooms because a customer that “normally has this room” returned and the manager inconveniently relocated me. They charged me 3x for 2 nights and I had to speak with the owner to even get any kind of resolution. Overall if you need a place to stay it’s an option but not the best.
