Summary: We asked for missing items in our room. Was advised housekeeping would be up and they never arrived. The bathroom is old and moldy. Beds were clean as was the overall room. Floors were in disrepair with chips off the click flooring. Not very appealing accomodations.

Summary: Torn bedding, human hair in bathroom, dingy walls and carpets, no carpet in room, poor signage. No elevator. Common area looks more like a hostel. Manager however was very pleasant, helpful, and cordial. Not a people problem. The fact is this facility needs many major improvements before it could be recommended.
