Positive: To be honest I did not find anything bad about it. It is absolutely fine place and near to the old town. Rooms are nice and clean. Getting in was a little bit tricky, but it was mostly my fault as I should have read the intructions more carefully.
Negative: Only thing is that if you are by car and want to park in the courtyard - be careful. The driving over sidewalk is a little bit too abrupt - you may damage your cars bottom.
Summary: Would defenitely stay again with bigger group.

Positive: Location - 7 min to Centre, tram station right outside flat, straight to Centre, Airport. Great secure parking, good layout of flat,well furnished, coffee, tea available.

Positive: Awesome cozy apartment in a perfect spot! We were in Riga for a week of courses, and this place was great. It had everything we needed, and bonus points for the private parking! The old town, with all its restaurants and bars, is just a 10-minute walk away. I'd totally recommend it to anyone wanting a nice, quiet, and comfy place in a great location.
