Summary: The basics were clean (toilets, counters, sinks), but then there was jelly and sticky stuff all over the refrigerator and popcorn and nuts inside the pullout couch, hair on the walls of the bathroom and dirty handprints on the walls. The first room we got appeared the dining table was not even washed and the fridge door handle had a big hunk of old jam on it. they moved us to another room, the fridge was still sticky in room 2. The space and layout was great for a family. We did not find the beds to be very comfortable. Would have been nice to be able to use the smart TV features (remote was limited) so we could watch a movie.

Summary: The room has an old or burnt smell in it. The smell was in all the rooms and on the bedding as well. The rooms were basic clean like spot cleaning but not a deep clean. It appears to not get cleaned often. We stayed in the same exact room we stayed in last year and it was the same condition. The patio is filled with dirt and spider webs so you cannot enjoy it. The rooms are dusty and have spider webs in the corners as well. The place is nice, small and appears family owned but a little more attention would do this place extremely well. Especially with it outdated and older resort/hotel.

Summary: Needs grab bars Next to toilet and in the shower. The shower floor is very slippery. It would be nice to have coffee in the lobby.
