Summary: Kitchen set up was good, the communication was good. The room was nice. The bed was quite uncomfortable with Springs digging into back. Some rooms don't match what is pictured, our one we booked had an ensuite bathroom pictured but when we turned up there wasn't one. Had to call and luckily another room was available with a bathroom. After that the toilet ended up malfunctioning and continually flushed so I had to put a temporary fix but it was unable to be used. Called up and a plumber was to come the next day. That did not happen. The toilet wasn't fixed before we left.

Summary: Very hard to find. Very clean though the large communal shower doesn't drain. Better room given because of no TV or desk promised. Good kitchen. Inadequate for business trip, unless you are OK to use a laptop on your lap etc. Basic room is tiny, not what the photo showed. Most places are more expensive
