Positive: Location was perfect. The upstairs living/sleeping area was also a delight. Parking was an extra bonus given the lack of availability in Carrick.

Negative: It was a pity that the downstairs area was restricted to the kitchen. Locking off the front living room limited the available space for 5-6 persons to the small kitchen. The property condition was expected for its age, but small improvements would remove the sense of neglect (toilet cistern, kitchen cupboards, carpet trim). Street noise from revellers was noticeable, though there is little that could be done by the property other than double glazing.

Summary: Ideally located and comfortable sleeping accommodation in a favorite tourist Centre.
