Negative: My elderly mother struggled with the stairs as no downstairs toilet, also slippery on stairway as polished wood not carpeted and no bannister to hold on to.

Positive: The space was very nice the location the property in general was very nice

Negative: The fact the road access is single car lucky we didn’t really see anyone but it’s not for a new driver and preferably a 4x4

Positive: The location was great as it was in the middle of the countryside. However, shops were only a few miles away and it was easy to access any area of Exmoor.

Negative: The towels were a bit small when having a bath/shower. We could have used some kitchen roll in the list of what they kindly provided.

Summary: Very good. A spacious accommodation which was warm and comfortable.
