Negative: toaster oven never cleaned, dryer stopped working,tv in living room needed code unable to use,,carpets stained,front has spider webs and needs grooming,lower TV room popcorn on the floor popcorn bowl with popcorn on shelf, temp at 54 to cold for weather. hair in hall bathroom tub,back yard not easy access,needs to be painted in several areas,light switches are many and need to be marked..has some kind of odor throughout.customer service hung up on me.

Positive: Fairly close to Lincoln where we wanted to stay. Plenty of room in the house, washer & dryer, private, garage to store our bikes, deck with a nice view, propane fire pit table on deck, lots of windows and sliding glass doors.

Negative: IT WAS NOT CLEAN UPON ARRIVAL!!! WE STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY TYPE OF REFUND OR CORRESPONDENCE FROM BOOKING OR VACASA!!!! We are supposed to get a cleaning service refund as well as the first night. The beds were slept in, dirty bathrooms, hair in wastebasket, clogged toilet in one bathroom making it unusable for our stay, hole in the wall in one bedroom, broken twin bed in another bedroom, old food in the fridge causing the house to smell, garbage spilling out of cans in the garage also contributing to the smell, dirty dishes in sink, full dishwasher, dirty coffee pot, dirty bath towels hanging, etc. I had to spend my first night cleaning so my family could stay in something somewhat clean, cleaning crew did not come out until the following afternoon, they were supposed to call when they went to the house and they didn't, last day cleaning crew arrived 1/2 hour before our checkout time causing us to rush to get out. I called multiple times and I have yet to hear from anyone! I am NOT happy and will NOT use Vacasa again! And I am considering discontinuing use with Booking. Not a nice arrival or departure experience at all!!!

Summary: Arrival and departure was horrible. Otherwise it was nice.

Positive: Location was remote and ideal. Close to the mountains.

Negative: The house was a little dirty. Cobweb on the lights , the porch, even the front entrance we had to touch, so gross. the screen doors were broken so were swamped with flying bugs the first night and couldn’t sleep . We spent the night vacuuming them. Had to stuff the holes with paper and cloths the next day for bugs. Some of the outlets were not working. There was no instruction for the fire pit. The baking pans were found dirty and greasy in the oven. The welcome card didn’t have my name , it was someone else (Carla). The Wi-Fi code they gave me was wrong, but they had so many old ones they don’t throw away after customers in the drawer , we found one that worked.

Summary: Besides all the bad, the children did enjoy their stay. They loved the big yard

Positive: The view was amazing and house was large and beautiful.

Negative: They house was very out dated and needs a good cleaning there was alot of stains on the walls and rugs the floors were sticky and made ur socks black so shoes at all times were a must.
