Summary: Room was clean. No arm chair to sit and read in. Just single dining room chairs Lots of debris around the swimming pool. Three pool vacuum cleaners at work. No word on where the hot tub was. In the bathroom very large tub needed sealant around the edges. Plenty of parking. Staff was difficult to find. Two guests expected to meet for early check in but didn t find anybody there. I decided not to stay for breakfast.

Summary: Charming but rustic farm property with outbuildings. Eclectic, NOT fancy. Very clean, not manicured. This is like staying at a real farm.

Summary: The room was so charming and cozy. really nice linens and very comfortable bed. The Inn Keeper, Dan, was fun and knew a lot about the area. Dan is also a great breakfast chef!
