Positive: Wow, just wow. Light, bright, spacious accommodation. Everything and more that you could possibly need is at hand. The bed was extremely comfortable and the duvet a perfect weight for a great nights sleep. The shower is ‘spa’ quality and then of course there is the hot tub. I would recommend booking an extra nights accommodation so you could spend at least one day staying in the property and enjoying the facilities. If only I could pick this place up and move it to my location. Briar Cottage could easily be a permanent home. Owners were very responsive and helpful on the phone without being intrusive at all.

Summary: Briar Cottage better than any of the 5* hotels I’ve stayed in.

Positive: This cottage is absolutely beautiful, the decor , the kitchen , the hot tub and garden absolutely everything is stunning . Quick drive to Garstang with lots of little shops and bars .

Positive: Hot tub is clean, comfy beds, great shower and bath, well equipped kitchen, so glad there was a dishwasher, overall very cute, loved staying here, would return and stay much longer. The back garden is well fenced off and no one can see in or out, there's even a trellis next to the hot tub to block the view from the garden gate. It feels like the owners had stayed there themselves in order to make it as comfortable and private as they could. I forgot to write in the guest book but thank you so so so much

Negative: Not something I didn't like, just a suggestion. I wish there was more obvious (in case we missed it) space for hanging towels inside in addition to the towel warmers, maybe on the back of the bathroom door.
