Summary: Great stay for the price, quietly tucked away from the main highway. Nice large pet friendly room with great amenities. The Lift Patio and Bar offer great food and drink choices with impeccable seevice. Thank you Crystale and Happy Birthday. The Lidge is in need of a little maintenance and it would've been nice if the room AC worked a bit better, but Hannah was kind enough to find us a fan. Overall it was a great stay, we will be back!

Summary: Food options okay but no other choice. Room was AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE!!! Great shower and water pressure!!! Wish we could've taken advantage of the waterfall pool and hot tub, and for me the gym. Internet was sketchy, in and out a lot. We completely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again!! Until next time...Thank you!!!

Summary: If you are driving through or staying a couple night we highly recommend Brian Head Lodge. We received a warm welcome at check in plus complimentary cookies, room was clean, great weather, ate dinner in the lodge restaurant. The fish and chips was made with Haddock and it was delicious! Service in the restaurant was friendly and attentive by Marissa. The kids had a great time in the pool and the Jacuzzi was the perfect temp. The only down side was the floor we were placed on had stairs and the front desk attendant didn’t not warn us so we loaded up a cart and then got half way down the hall and realized we needed to unload everything in the middle of the hallway to get out our room. We wouldn’t have had a problem but some notice would have been nice to plan for. The beds were hard and felt small. Sheets were clean and bathroom was nice. Sink drain was black but looks like to has been oxidized from cleaning.

Summary: The lodge was pretty and the rooms comfortable. It was great having a restaurant at the hotel after a long day of travel. Every staff member was fantastic - very friendly and personable. They all had great recommendations. The kitchen staff offered suggestions to make some vegetarian dishes a little off menu - excellent service! The hotel was at the end of the "town trail" for nice walks.

Summary: I did not have the same experience as those who rated this hotel "excellent." The good thing is that our room was clean and comfortable, even if it was just about as far away from all entrances and exits as possible. But that's the only really good thing. Staff seemed unhappy and were not very pleasant to interact with, the laundry facilities were out of order, the spa was never open during our stay, the doggy waste station was out of bags, and it was hot in the common areas-in the middle of July they had at least one hallway window open, and they don't want you to set your room temperature below 74. And no room service or free breakfast--you have to go to their restaurant if you want food, and breakfast is $15/person (I didn't even attempt to go for lunch or dinner). Back to the issue with staff- I assumed that a "resort" would be full service, but each time I had to interact with staff, starting with check-in, they acted like I was bothering them asking them to do their jobs. Only one front desk staff member greeted and smiled at me; the other two I interacted with looked so miserable that I avoided them as much as I could-which meant I didn't ask questions regarding activities I was interested in (like the scenic lift ride). The two housekeeping staff I saw during my stay also looked very unhappy (maybe they were hot!). We ended up booking a second night in the hotel only because we were already there and didn't want to move, but I will never go back.
