Positive: Customer service was excellent; responsive and great communicators. Maggie in particular was super, offering restaurant suggestions, things to do, advice etc; I felt she was available for any questions and solve any issue; not that there were any issues, but just knowing she was responsive just in case gives guests a sense of security and comfort. Room was impeccably clean, modern, and very comfortable, with good sustainability options.

Negative: Not a deal-breaker, but the choice of rooms was either at an internal entrance to a courtyard which mean if the curtains were open it meant anyone coming and going could see in the room, or the other option being on the road which had noise.

Positive: I like that the staff reached out a few days before to confirm the reservation and share the directions of accessing the room. It was easy and accessible uncomfortable although a bit small but it has everything one would need if they’re staying in Beirut and not dedicating their time to staying inside.

Negative: It needs a full body mirror maybe some snacks or a fridge and a proper desk space for someone working with a laptop

Positive: The rooms are really nice, well built and well designed. The host was very kind, we had a complaint and they took immediate action. It's easy access and check-in is smooth.

Negative: The place needs some deep cleaning and better cleaning products, lots of stains, it very nice space but not well maintained in terms of cleaning. I didn't get the check-in instruction until I asked, although they responded fast when I reached out to them.
