Negative: When we booked it stated check out was 11am then received a text message at 902am that morning saying check out was 10am. We had to rush out without showering.

Positive: The amount of bathrooms per person was excellent. It was possible to park three cars. Could walk into town. Outdoor dining space on balcony by living room access. Helpful having a dishwasher machine for 9 people. Plenty of towels. Clean rooms. Cycle paths in some parts of Newport.Good microwave, fridge and freezer.Great sunsets.Train service. Bus service. Plenty of tourism activities. Local shops.

Negative: The recycling and rubbish disposal was not organised in a system? One bed had an uncomfortable mattress. We could not find the oven gloves. Only one tea towel. The kitchen table could do with more chairs? The outdoors chairs were okay but some were in a state of disrepair. The general garden area could do with looking “prettier” because there was an air of neglect. But we did like being on the balcony. The noise of the M4 was loud but we are rural people and not used to the traffic volumes. Counted 2,500 vehicle movements an hour. Getting about by car felt congested. If we brought our bicycles we would have to store them somewhere safe? From theft.

Negative: Nothing. It was all excellent.

Summary: Fabulous accommodation whilst we worked. Felt like a luxurious home from home. Would definitely recommend and come back.
