Whether you are seeking a peaceful retreat, a romantic getaway, or a memorable family vacation, a short stroll brings you to the uncrowded beach that stretches for miles.
Expansive multi-level decks with lots of dining and lounging areas allow endless views of the beach and bay. Don't miss sunrises from the back decks over the gulf and spectacular sunsets from the front decks over the bay. Grill outside on the large gas grill, and enjoy BBQ or burgers with the whole family on the custom 20' picnic tables.
While inside, it's family time at the game table or movie night in the second floor den. Watch movies or the big game on the 70" wall mounted TV. The open concept third floor living room keeps everyone connected in the kitchen and dining area. A cozy cupola on the fourth floor, with lots of windows and its own private deck, is a great place to get lost with a good book. With three spacious living areas, there's plenty of room for everyone!
Undoubtedly, the focal point of your meal-time gatherings will be the huge professional kitchen. Even the most discriminating chef will be thrilled with the Viking professional gas range, built-in Viking refrigerator, plentiful small appliances and cook's tools, high-end cookware, extensive granite work spaces, two sinks, two Bosch dishwashers, beverage fridge, and under counter ice maker.
Each luxurious bedroom suite has a private bath and French doors opening to a dramatic view overlooking the Gulf or Bay. Together with the four suites and a large customized bunk room for ten with a dorm style bath, Suits Us Too comfortably sleeps 20.

We do not accept prom groups. Our home may not be rented for weddings or parties. No chaperoned groups. At least half of the group must be over 25 years old.
The Beach Club charges $25 per person per stay for ages 3 and up if you wish to use the amenities. This is payable directly to the Beach Club and is subject to change.
Certain minimums apply to summer peak season, holidays, and spring break. Memorial Day to Labor Day has a 4 night stay minimum requirement. Generally, throughout the school year, there is a 3 night minimum stay requirement with the exception of holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Spring Break require a 4 night stay.

Summary: Excellent choice for our family celebration for our dad's 100th birthday! Our stay at "Suits Us Too" is a wonderful family memory. Elevator -- much appreciated by dad and and the other "aging" family members. Plenty of room for all to spread out or for all to gather together for meals and games. Beautifully decorated. Beautiful views. Excellent welcoming customer service. Well equipped kitchen with many spare supplies; and well stocked "basic" supplies.

Summary: We rented this house for a multi generational family vacation. It was just as advertised, with plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a very large open kitchen/dining/great room area that was great for entertaining a big group. The kitchen was very well outfitted, and the outside storage area had plenty of things for the beach. The biggest hit was the bunk room and attached bathroom. The bunk room had 2 double beds and6 twins, with little chalk boards so the grandkids could write their name on the bunk they chose. (be careful with the ladders, however, as they are removable so could move if the kids aren't careful). The attached bath had two toilet stalls, 3 sinks and 2 showers. My grandkids were amazed!

Summary: This is our 4th year to rent this home. We have 8 adults and 5 children ages 3-97. All express how comfortable they are in this home. The kitchen is so well outfitted it is a joy to cook for the whole family. The owners are also wonderful to work with. This year we even had two rainy days. No problem this house has spaces for great conversation, relaxation and family game times. Another wonderful family getaway.

Summary: Our family reunion was wonderful! We had ages 5 to 84 and everybody really enjoyed themselves. There was ample space and the professional kitchen was amazing. The walk to to the beach was short and easy. I actually selected this property because it had an elevator which was VERY necessary with our elderly family. We couldnt have done it without the elevator! Our Senior Citizens were well cared for thanks to this! We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again!
