3 Bedroom Condo in Guaniquilla, Aguada

3 Bedroom 2 Bath condo on the second floor of Bahia Azul (Blue Bay) beach condominiums with breathtaking ocean views ! Private pool and picnic area, private garage with storage. Each room has a queen size bed. 300 gallon cistern and transfer switch with solar battery! Walking distance to beautiful beaches, and great restaurants. 30 minute drive from Rafael Hernandez (BQN) airport and approx 2 hours from Luiz Muñoz Marin Airport (San Juan). Take a 10 minute drive up Route 115 and 413 and you will be at the surfing capital of the Caribbean, Rincon. Here you can enjoy all types of fishing, scuba, snorkeling and surfing excursions just to name a few. The condo has a full functioning kitchen (ice-maker fridge, coffee maker, microwave, range with oven) washer / dryer, cable TV with HD and phone / internet. The Master bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Stay cool with brand new air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout the entire condo! My favorite location is the large balcony with the brand new high top patio set that seats 6 and gives you an uninterrupted view of the majestic ocean. Summary: I had the pleaaure to stay at this condo. John was an amazing host and was immediately available. Use your GPS as listed to find the restaurant and then travel up the road next to El Galeon. The view was spectacular. I spent my mornings on the balcony just watching the ocean. Beach is in walking distance City Aguada People are friendly, helpful and respectful Beautiful inside and out John had everything you need to enjoy your beach day Cooler, umbrella and beach chairs and even sunscreen Loved Loved loved Already planning my return Thank you John for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo

Summary: The property was very clean and organized. The view from the balcony is amazing. The host is very caring and checks in on you. We were very close to the popular spots on the west side. The only issues I had was that I have a bad knee and didn’t realize I would have to go up steps. The WiFi only worked one evening as well. It seems this area has poor connection, but I was thankfully able to get some homework done on the evening it was working and had to use hotspot for the rest. I definitely recommend!

Summary: My vacation was amazing. But having a place like this to come back to made it perfect. Sunsets at dinner was a daily activity. Coffee at sunrise was the start of it all. This place will make it all come together.

Summary: Our stay at Bahai Azul was simply amazing. Clean, cozy and comfortable condo. The balcony had amazing beach views. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and loved getting to sip on my morning coffee while watching the morning sky colors change and listen to the sound of crashing waves. I cannot wait to return to PR and my favorite condo. I would highly recommend! Our host, Mr. Lopez, was very responsive and accommodating. Most definitely a 5 star experience

Summary: Host is very responsive to communication, property is extremely clean, with a gorgeous view of the ocean and in a good neighborhood. Plenty of amazing restaurants / bars / sights nearby. Honestly the best vacation rental experience we’ve had with any platform, host made us feel so welcome and even had a few refreshments waiting for us when we arrived, which makes it so nice for a later evening arrival. When we come back to PR we will definitely be staying here again.

Summary: Great place overall. Clean, quiet, great ocean view and close to bars, restaurants and beaches. The only slight issue was a slow draining tub in the master bath. Other than that I highly recommend.

Summary: John’s condo was great. Flawless checkin and easy access with combo locks. All the comforts of home are provided and the place is tastefully decorated. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

Summary: This condo rental is amazing. It's large, luxurious, well appointed, spotlessly clean, and well supplied. The location is beautiful and quiet with a spectacular view of the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The owner is extremely responsive to any inquiries or issues. My highest recommendation!!!!!

Summary: Beautiful view; well equipped; friendly and helpful owner. The location is really great: close to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, but at the same time very peaceful and secluded. You can open the windows and get a cross breeze that makes A/C unnecessary. We’ll be back.
