House has open concept living space with gorgeous views of river, Lizard Butte and Marsing Bridge. Entertainment space abundant! Large game room with pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, television and large game table. Upper deck with barbecue and seating as well as lower patio and perfectly manicured lawn.

Summary: Originally planned for family of 8 but only 3 of us went due to unforeseen circumstances. We were unable to cancel so we went to make the most of the vacation . The view, the peacefulness of property was nice. The house would be perfect for a large family, nicely set up and lots to do. We didn’t utilize the home as planned but would recommend for a family gathering .

Summary: This property was perfect for our son’s 21st birthday. Marsing is a peaceful little town but has everything we needed within 1/2 mile of the house. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our changing needs. 20 mins from Nampa and Caldwell but it felt closer than that. Lots of fun things to explore close by however we didn’t have time this trip to take many of them in. We definitely will be back! Thank you!

Summary: visiting from Louisiana and had family from Idaho join us . We all had a great time between the awesome game room and the beautiful river in fact my husband caught 3 fish( after 7pm ) the only problem we encountered was the trash cans were full when we arrived ( trash pickup is Friday) host responded quickly to email. problem was solved quickly due to the extremely nice neighbors on either side that allowed us to use their cans until trash service passed … we also had a few conversations with one neighbor due to the fact that my granddaughters loved her dogs..

Summary: This house was great. Well stocked and plenty of towels for everyone. We rented the whole house and there was lots of room in the game room and upstairs for everyone to be comfortable. We had a very nice time.
