Positive: Fantastic location!! Immediate beach access/city bus proximity in a very walkable and more residential area of San Juan close to everything. Comfortable accommodations with an easy check in process. Highly recommend and hope to book for a future visit.

Positive: Previous to finding this place I had reserved 2 rooms in a hotel, farther from the water and without a kitchen or any connection, which cost more than this place, which I found later. I couldn’t believe my luck finding this gorgeous apartment! It is spacious with one full and one half bath, a working kitchen and a balcony which was my man spot every morning for coffee (made myself in their cappuccino machine) an evening for drinks. Each room had a remote control mini split type unit that cooled the room with precise temperature and fan speed control, and was blessedly QUIET! One of my least favorite things about hotel rooms is those big truck engine like air conditioner units that makes so much noise and can’t seem to be set to a consistent temperature. While not right on the beach, the ocean is visible from the balcony and just a few steps away (across a street). No swimming is allowed at that spot but the waves and water are beautiful. Parking was offered inside the gates for a extra fee but we chose to park on the street which was easy and fine. Once or twice the spot I found was a half block away or so but usually I found one right outside the building. I was worried about having rented a car because of the parking hassle but it was not a big deal at all. I’m sure one could do fine in this part of the city just with Uber but I appreciated the convenience of having the car and was glad the parking was a non issue.

Negative: The shower was confusing to figure out how to turn on the hot water and once turned, seemed to take an very long time to get hot. However our contact, Randall, was very responsive, sending a video to explain how to turn the different knobs and checking up to be sure we had it figured out and working during our stay. Had we asked, I’m sure he would have come to address it if we couldn’t get it working.

Positive: This is such a great place to stay. Spacious three bedroom apartment. Close to the beach and restaurants. Anything is within walking distance. The managers responded always to our questions no matter what time we contacted them.
