Summary: The stay was great, the view was superb, could use a couple more amenities in the kitchen and answer a question or two.

Negative: The check-in instructions were in our opinion difficult to understand and complex. Prior to arrival, we had to make a phonecall to a local Canadian number (couldn't make any local calls with our e-sim card), find a "buzzer", park outside to get a fob, then with the fob access to parking garage. It took us 30 minutes to get in. Person that needed to answer the phone did not take it for 20 minutes while we were waiting in a hot car. We needed to get a "buzzer" via the lobby but this was not written in the instructions where to get it and that we needed to enter the lobby first. Some photo's (garage entry, lobby entry) and instructions written in steps, or a human being present to help out, would have helped. We did not find the appartment very clean - the windows wery dirty and there was a lot of dust under the sleeping coach.

Summary: Good stay, great views but horrible check in instructions.

Positive: Host was lovely, Great location, we booked as we were going to the hockey at Saddle done which was only a 5min walk away. There is also a great view of Calgary tower from the balcony. We were freezing however as we didn’t realise the air conditioning was set to 13 degrees overnight. Totally our fault but recommend checking this if you choose to stay!

Summary: Great if you are attending an event at the Saddledome!
