Summary: Thread worn carpet on stairs, the smell of cigarettes, sweat stained lounge and 20 years overdue for a reno. This accommodation was not worth the high price. The only thing it had going for it was the waterfront outlook.

Summary: The property is a little out dated but the location is excellent. You need to go grocery shopping and stock up the fridge and pantry with your essential items as eating out for every meal will cost you an arm and a leg. Don’t expect room service as these are units that you lease. We had the corner room overlooking the marina and the beach. Great spot to go swimming, fishing and all the tours and activities are walkable distance. The pool was lovely and a favourite of the kids. I personally enjoyed the fishing off the rocks in front of the marina and the locals are all extremely friendly and happy to have a chat. Definitely going back.
