The home is pet friendly and will accept up to two dogs that each weigh 35 lbs or less. However, there is a pet fee of $38/dog/night. Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

Summary: Rooms were clean, people were courteous. Evening you need was there. Large fenced in yard was great.

Summary: The Bungalow was very clean, was very nice furniture and appliances. There were too many choices of tea and not enough coffee, the a/c unit in the window wasn't sufficient, there needs to be another one, maybe in the TV room. The TV room and bedroom were warm no matter how many (noisy) fans were running. The wifi kept timing out and we couldn't figure out why....it's not like we could use it anywhere else. The yard was nice. There needs to be blinds or curtains in the kitchen nook are and TV room, there was a glare so we had to put a blanket over the window between the kitchen and the TV room. The sofa bed wasn't made up like the information sheet said it would be. We hope these things can be corrected. Thank you

Summary: The house was pleasant and nicely equipped. Furnishings were comfortable as where the linens. Nice spacious yards. Thanks for the coffee pods! There were gaps in the fencing so a small dog could actually slip through. Thankfully ours did not. We will rent again as we are building nearby! Thank you!

Summary: Easy check-in, easy check-out. Amenities and accommodations were exactly as advertised, even better. Quiet, relaxing cabin in Hill Country, great place to chill with HS aged boys and visit wine country and surrounding attractions. Pet friendly and quaint setting made ALL the difference. Highly recommend, definitely will go back.
