Positive: Location. Lift. Clean sheets & towels. Washing machine.

Negative: Poor communication with agency. Key pick up and drop off was far from flat and very inconvenient. No instructions for anything. Property was not "new". To get to the deck, we had to climb out a window.

Positive: The property was very clean and comfortable. It was full equipped. Located in a good area in the heart of Noting hill, 2 min walk from Portabello market.

Negative: It is unpossible to reach the host at all!! neither me nor Booking.com. Due to my journey - a week ahead, I've been trying to contact the host regarding a late check in.I tried to contact them via WhatsApp, email, phone but without any success.They never replied, so I turned to Booking.com so they will help me, but the host didn't reply to Booking.com as well. We landed in the middle of the night, and we had to spend the night on the street, in the cold, me and my little daughter, although I paid for this night. We could pickup the key only from 8:45 in the following morning, from a shop located 1 km far from the property. Where we had to walk with our luggage. We stay there for 10 nights, and for the whole period no one contact us or checked if everything is fine or if we need something. Nice property but NO host at all!! If you need something you all alone!!

Positive: This is a very lovely, well designed studio flat. I thought the bed and armchair were very comfortable, the kitchen is well designed and it is very close to everything as stated. There are lovely gardens to sit in on the terrace, especially as summer is approaching and the private outside balcony is nice too.

Negative: I would have liked a microwave and a couple of smaller saucepans, which is probably quite useful for a single person or a couple. The kitchen is small which could explain the lack of the microwave but even a small one might still be useful.

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay in this flat and would recommend it to others.
