Hendersonville, known as ‘The City on the Lake’ lies just to the North of Nashville and borders Old Hickory Lake with numerous marinas to rent the likes of boats, jet skis and kayaks or simply eat some good food while listening to live music overlooking the water. Beach access, public boat ramps and a multitude of great fishing spots & tournaments can be accessed.
This 4 Bedroom home contains 8 beds, 3 fire places, 3 full bathrooms, a flex room (like 5th bedroom), several living spaces, abundant dining, a fenced in back yard, large deck & patio areas for gathering with family & friends, kitchen equipped with everything you could need and a lovely bar/games area. On the main level there are 2 bedrooms. First is the master suite with King bedroom set, deck access, fireplace & ensuite bathroom featuring separate tub and shower, his and hers vanities, a large walk-in closet & flat screen TV.
The secondary bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, a full bed, and a flat screen TV. There is a secondary bathroom with walk-in shower that is accessed from the corridor.
A you enter from the front door you are greeted by a large vaulted living room with beautiful views through all of the windows overlooking the back yard and spacious deck. 2 skylights add additional natural light and ambience to the room. Snuggle up in front of the fireplace and watch a ball game on TV from the multitude of seating options!
Open to the living room is the Kitchen that features a large angled bar area. Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, large pantry and all your expected kitchen utensils are all here for your use.
