Come and stay at this beautifully modern cabin providing all the amenities to make your stay perfect! Everything brand new in 2023! Fully stocked kitchen, full size appliances, comfort foam mattresses, and all new furniture.
Whether you want to soak up the sun on our sandy beach or relax in the shade under one of the two newly built cabanas - we've got you covered. Shared cabanas have patio furniture, fire pit table, and Blackstone grill.
Want to float on the lake? Then bring your boat or water toys to moor at our dock and enjoy all Houghton Lake has to offer!

Self check-in with door code
Note: Host will not be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please make sure to check you have all of your belongings before leaving your stay.
Unapproved late checkouts will be subject to a $50 fee from host, as this sets back our cleaner’s schedule.

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am.
No pets allowed at this home.
Please be respectful of neighbors. I do not allow parties.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am- please be courteous to your neighbors as cabins are in close proximity to each other.
Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval from the owner.
Absolutely NO drugs of any kind - alcohol is OK.
Absolutely no smoking in the house and if you do smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash.
Absolutely no fireworks of any kind.
No firepits allowed on property other than those provided. Firepits are not to be moved.
DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet!
If anything breaks, spills, stains etc please let me know ASAP.
You will be charged for any major damage or if anything goes missing.
Excessive use of linens, blankets, house supplies will be subject to additional charges.
Evidence of smoking in the home will be subject to a $400 fine.
Before you check-out
Put all used towels in the shower floor before you leave. You may leave used bedding on the bed (don’t strip the beds).
Please clean all dirty dishes.
Please take all garbage out to the trash receptacles located in the parking lot in front of the recreational building.
Turn off any lights, air conditioning.
Please close and lock all windows.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this cabin last year and we had plenty of parking for our truck and trailer and two Jeeps that we brought. We absolutely loved the stay so much that we rebooked it for this year. We had the same situation, the same vehicles, but this year parking was a problem. Our friend with the truck and trailer ended up, leaving because of the situation and ending his vacation early. As we could not really find a secure place for him to park his truck and trailer. Yet the entire weekend no one parked in the location where his truck trailer was originally parked. I didn’t see anywhere in the listing where each cabin is limited to one vehicle, but I noticed it inside the cabin on a note. The cabin is beautiful otherwise

Summary: Lovely property nestled on houghton lake. The cabin was charming with all modern amenities. Great common areas with yard games, fantastic fire pit, and comfortable seating. Great weekend away to go trail riding and enjoy the lake! Best of both worlds

Summary: We came for a short stay while my daughter was here from Cali, this was the perfect place! The property is very clean and well maintained and the owners are amazing, great communication, easy check-in, and newly remolded last year so everything is pristine -just one of the best experiences. The details to the little things is always a bonus for me and they hit this on the nail - plenty of towels, beach towels, dish soap, even coffee! We will return to this property - thank you for a wonderful get away spot!
