There are 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms (2 kings, 4 queen beds). Brand new appliances throughout this new construction home with a Large Kitchen, Spacious Spa-Like Master Bedroom Bathroom. Separate washroom for the Washer/Dryer and Storage.

Summary: We had multiple issues with the house and reached out to the owner. After being promised multiple times for a partial reimbursement, we have yet to receive anything and it’s been over a month. As for the house itself - While the house is roomy and has more recently been remodeled, there isn’t full transparency on the listing. The house is literally NEXT DOOR to a big bus station. We heard buses coming and going all night. Lots of homeless walking around. The neighborhood is very sketchy and we didn’t feel safe with our families. The yard was completely unkept - hadn’t been mowed in a long time. Ant hills everywhere, so much so that we could let our kids play in the backyard. The front window was cracked all the way through and was being held together with an ADT sticker. Lots of bugs found in the house. Upstairs tub didn’t hold water. Minimal dishes in the kitchen. Trash under the upstairs bed. Master sheets felt like sandpaper. I would not recommend staying in this location, especially with kids!

Summary: Great stay. We were a group of parents/daughters in town for the Women's Final Four. House was in a perfect convenient location to downtown, felt very safe, was very clean and spacious enough for all of us to spread out. I work in the vacation rental business in Florida...my hat is off to the host! She is doing a great job!

Summary: We had a very nice visit to Dallas for a wedding with friends and family. The house worked perfect and was close to the venue. The neighborhood is a mix of nice and sketchy. But we felt safe. Check in and communication was a little bumpy with the management but they were quick to smooth things out and get things in order when they were aware of the problem. Overall a nice stay!!

Summary: Nadia’s place was wonderful! It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our stay. There was room enough for everybody and nobody got in each other’s way.

Summary: The house was beautiful and comfortable, beds were nice. Nice bathrooms. Lights were a bit of an issue with flickering. The door code wouldn’t work so after a day of contacting the owner to remotely lock it for us they gave us the lockbox code which was cumbersome to be responsible for while at a rental. There were decomposing birds in the backyard on a sticky mat for bugs that appeared to have been there a while. Grass was not cut. No one felt very safe in the house, it’s next to a public transport bus stop. Multiple drivers and our chef told us it’s not a good neighborhood and to be careful. We received a strange, disturbing note on our last day. The house is truly beautiful and the owners were responsive aside from the check in information, I had to call VRBO 12 hours before arrival to ask them to contact the owners. We didn’t have access to cleaning sprays, more than 1 roll of paper towel, more than 6 garbage bags. The shower in the master didn’t work so we had to uncomfortably bend down to use the body sprayer to wash our hair. We let the property manager know and they did not send send maintenance for that issue or the door issue.

Summary: This property was above and beyond our expectations. There were plenty of clean towels and pillows for each guest. We had 7 guests stay and there was spacing and privacy for everyone. It was also easy for us to convene for meals as well. Everything we could possibly need was already in the house for our convenience. The only thing I would say was a downfall would be the grass was kind of high most of the days we stayed so we didn’t use the grill or any of the chairs outside but it did rain a bit for a couple days. Definitely would choose to stay at this property again.
