Summary: The house was everything you could want for a beach vacation! It was beautiful, perfectly clean and spacious. It had everything you needed including pool toys, plenty of beach/pool towels, beach sand toys, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Very short walk to the beach! Our elementary age kids were able to run back to the house for a quick bathroom break and to get snacks as often as they wanted. You are dependent on the tide schedule at that part of the island. During high tide the beach is not accessible. But during low tide it was perfect for playing in the sand and looking for all the hermit crabs (there were so many!). We shore fished as well and caught a few small sharks! It is a great house lay out for multiple families! Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes for lots of people as well as multiple dishwashers. Martin was absolutely a dream of a host. Any small hiccups we had, he was prompt and generous in making them right. It was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back one day!

Summary: The VRBO was amazing!! Just as advertised! And the owner/ host was impeccable with timely responses before arriving and met all our needs while on property. We had an issue with the elevator but he came out immediately and took care of it. I would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: I believe we were the first people to stay in this wonderful home. Martin and his wife were the ultimate hosts. I’ve been going to St Simons my whole life and this was as nice a place as we have stayed. It was perfect.
