This charming 1700 sq ft new home. The house is located in Madera. It
is an independent house doesn't share any space with others. Driveway parking space in front of the house. Private entrance. High ceiling bedrooms with private
backyard. Close to restaurants and shops in Madera. Easy access highway 99. Very safe and high end new houses neighborhood. Hosts are fully vaccinated. There are 2 cameras outside the property in order to keep the house safe. One at the front and one at the back of the house.

Guests can use entire house which includes all bedrooms, bathrooms and backyard. Except the garage is not ready for guest yet. 2 cars parking spaces on the driveway are available for guests. There are 1 closet and 1 pantry these are locked and use for home owner storage only. You will receive a message regarding check in instructions and property address within 24 hours before your arrival .

Summary: I enjoyed staying at this home with my family. The location is conveniently near shopping centers for grocery, eateries and freeway.The check in process and access was without any issues. I loved that the property was clean and had all amenities needed for us.My only complaint was neighbors extremely loud music.
