An enormous, mansion-style home with dazzling gulf front views, Brainstopper has an airy, open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining guests. Its spacious gourmet kitchen features extra seating in the bar area, as well as ample countertop space and a full array of appliances and cookware. All new appliances were added in March 2022.All eight of the massive bedrooms in this beautiful home have their own private full bath, and the master suite includes a king bed and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Did we mention that there is a private elevator with access to each floor?
Outside, you and your loved ones can bask in the unbeatable beachfront views while enjoying the comfort of a sturdy covered deck, complete with a grill for guest use. Covered parking is also provided for your convenience.
About Brainstopper
This expansive home offers a true beach-style atmosphere, with soft, sandy shades accented by cool blues. The open floor plan allows the family chef (or chefs, there’s plenty of space!) to whip up a delicious meal while still interacting with those in the living and dining area. Chairs at the breakfast bar make for a great spot to eat, as does the whimsically themed dining table, decorated with fish motifs. Yet more seating in the living area means up to 26 guests can comfortably coexist!
Each of the seven adult bedrooms has its own decorating theme, but all boast their own comfortable king or queen beds and accompanying bathroom (some with spa-like tubs!), so no need to worry about traffic jams to get ready in the morning. The final bedroom is designed for the younger family members, holding two twin-over-full bunk beds. An on-site washer and dryer mean you can pack light on clothes; instead, be sure to bring plenty of beach gear, as this property sits right on the waterfront! Enjoy watching the sunrise from one of the expansive decks before rushing out into the waves.

Summary: Its was nice and roomy and the ladies enjoyed themselves. The only setback was stove needs updating all eyes didn’t work so cooking for 20 people was a challenge but overall it was nice Thank You Sister’s of Hope

Summary: The positives of this property are the fantastic location, cleanliness upon arrival, layout of the house, good communication with property mgrs, but the owners need to update the bathrooms and spend some time on repairs and mainteance. The price per night is not reflected in the quality of mattresses or the state of the outside decking. However i gave the rating a 4 because the location is definitely the biggest plus. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and family room had lots of couches for lounging which was perfect for our group.

Summary: The layout of this home is amazing. It is a little dated and in need of some upgrades but overall it is great. A few more comforts such as blankets and beach chairs would be nice. Stop at the grocery store before you head to the house. There are NO extras or supplies. Including toilet paper or trash bags (1 for each bathroom only) The location is awesome and the sunrises and sunsets are incredible.

Summary: The place was great. The rooms were very spacious and each had their own bathroom, which was a perk. The beach was idyllic-the sand is like white powder, the water was clear and warm, and there were dolphin sitings every day. The living area was big and roomy. The place is perfect for a big group like ours was. It was also a bonus to have pools access in the neighborhood.

Summary: Place wasn’t very clean when we checked in. Floors dirty, mold in showers, dirty kitchen gear including a moldy kurig. The ice maker is awesome, the lift is great, water heater is a beast. Everything else worked, mostly. Ovens seemed to run about 50 degrees cold to settings. Place is showing its age although noting is a deal breaker. Location is spectacular for a large family intersted in spending time together. I would book this again. Y Thanks Harris for a great vacation!

Summary: We were very happy with the property. Would definitely stay there again. Pleasantly surprised there was a large ice machine in laundry room! We never ran out of ice which is a plus.
