Braidwood Escape is a luxurious home, architect designed, with construction completed in 2009. The design features covered links separating the bedrooms from the main living areas of the house, tasmanian oak flooring throughout, and extensive glazing affording fantastic forest views from all parts of the home. The house is memorable for its massive rear alfresco deck which is furnished with an outdoor dining setting, gas barbeque and sun lounges.
Braidwood Escape is conveniently located midway between Denmark town centre and Ocean Beach.
The house itself is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. There are four large bedrooms, three with queen size beds and the fourth with two sets of single bunk beds. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with spa bath, whilst the main bathroom has a huge open shower.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, featuring granite benchtops, breakfast bar, double sink, induction cooktop, ducted extract canopy and Bosch dishwasher.
The main dining and living areas are open plan in design, with raked ceiling, celestory glazing, and a log fire with double glass doors that was imported from France. Perfect to curl up in front of while enjoying a glass of red on the coldest of winter nights.
For entertainment, there is a large flat screen TV, CD stereo system, DVD player and an assortment of board games, jigsaw puzzles and books. The Bibbulmun track runs along the southern boundary of the property.

Summary: Great property with plenty of space for a family with teenagers. Location was perfect, not too far from the beach and town centre and in a quiet location sorround by trees.

Summary: The house was excellent for our needs with 5 adults and 3 children. The house was well presented and fitted out. Beautiful bush location, very quiet and peaceful. A bit of inconsistency with the listing re: check in time and internet. There is wifi but was very weak and woukd drop out (if you could connect). Would highly recomend this house.

Summary: A cute little home, nestled just out of town provided quite the peaceful experience. We found ourselves at comfortable distance walking through bushland trails, and the waterfront. Local tourist attractions were never far to drive, and the views made up for the longer journeys.

Summary: Great house in great location close to Ocean Beach and town and short drive to Greens Pool. Gorgeous fireplace. Well equipped kitchen. Interior walls and doors could do with a lick of paint and some better mattresses would make this a 5 star holiday house.
