Summary: Best vacation I ever had and I owe it all to Lynda at the Braemar. Fantastic place to stay. Near everything you need to see. Lynda treats you like a family member. She’s the best and so is the Braemar. The only place to stay in Falmouth.

Summary: Fantastic location. Nicely presented and well maintained guest house. The kitchenette is also a bonus.The shower was a little tricky (cycling between scolding hot to cold) the first morning but worked well by the evening

Summary: A really nice stay for 2 nights. The host Linda was very welcoming and gave some good advice for the local area. We really enjoyed the stay and will be back next time were in Falmouth.

Summary: Room was very nice and a lot more spacious than we anticipated! Only slight issues which were there was food left over in the fridge which was out of date and seal on the shower did seep through water as well

Summary: Lovely family room, en-suite shower and surprisingly a well appointed kitchenette including oven, hob and fitted fridge. Just 5 min walk into Falmouth town meant we could leave the car in the handy private car park at the back of the property. Lynda and her staff were super friendly and helpful throughout, would thoroughly recommend.
