4 Bedroom Cabin in Naples

Brand new in 2024, Braeloch Lodge is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 4400 sq ft timberframe that offers breathtaking views of Canandaigua lake from sunrise to sunset. Enhanced by the backdrop of the surrounding Bare Hill mountain range, many have stated the views here are as good as any they have seen throughout the Finger Lakes, if not all of New York State - but we invite you to see for yourself!
Drive down the 1/2 mile picturesque Blackberry Drive and upon arrival, walk or ride down one flight of stairs from the parking area to access the main entrance to the house. Inside, you will first enter into a 1800 sq ft open floor plan with lake views that will immediately validate your decision to choose Braeloch. On this main floor is full chef's kitchen w/ Viking stove and 8' island, wet bar and great room with 30' ceiling w/ exposed timbers, fireplace, and tables for games and entertaining. Off the great room, you can access the primary bedroom with fireplace, cathedral ceiling, private bath and secluded deck.
Upstairs is a spacious loft with a reading and playing area, along with a office with extra beds for privacy. Downstairs you will find another 1800 sq feet including a 500 sq ft game room where you can play ping pong, bumper pool, shuffleboard, or spend some time playing Ms Pac Man or Centipede on a vintage restored Arcade from the 80's. (no quarters required!) Surrounding the game room are 3 more bedrooms, 2 more full baths, and the laundry room with washer and dryer. (Fun fact: There is also a secret room in the house for the kids to discover and enjoy.)
Outside you can enjoy time on the upper or lower deck, play pickle ball, hike, enjoy the Strong spa, or take the tram down to the lake to enjoy time swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the new permanent dock with swim platform, or enjoy the views from the spa. Bring or rent a boat from a local marina if desired.
The house has many areas to gather together, but also a number of more private spots for reading and relaxing - from the private deck off the primary bedroom, to the reading area in the loft, or down to the water's edge for some sunshine and solitude. A firepit is available for late night campfires.
If you care to venture off property, you are literally minutes away from the award winning Finger Lakes wine region, hikes, great coffee shops, roadside farm stands, berry picking, bakeries, distilleries, breweries, and restaurants with outdoor concerts and festivals all summer long. The city of Canandaigua is 11 miles to the north and the quaint bustling town of Naples is 7 miles to the south. Bristol Mountain (1100' vertical) is just 5 miles up the road, and offers over 100 days of skiing Nov-March. (4WD required in winter!) The beautiful Reservoir Creek golf course is just down the road in Naples. Venture a little farther and you can easily hit the Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake wine trails, along with antique and unique boutique shops, museums and outdoor concerts. For those avid cyclists and runners, Braeloch Lodge is nestled in the heart of the Bristol Hills, offering some of the most challenging and rewarding on road and off road cycling terrain in the state. The driveway (Blackberry Drive) literally connects to legendary Bopple Hill Rd, the most famous climb in the region.

Summary: We recently stayed at this amazing property with two families (eight people total), and it was absolutely perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of—from an easy check-in process to a smooth and straightforward cleanup at checkout. The house was spotless and extremely well-stocked with everything we could have needed, including high-end toiletries, plenty of firewood, camp chairs, and even kayaks.The location was ideal, and getting to the lake was a breeze thanks to the motorized cart provided. It made transporting kids and gear easy and fun. One of our favorite features was the hidden room—such a fun and unique touch that added to the experience!We truly felt like everything was considered to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Summary: This is a beautiful luxury home with all the amenities. You literally do not need to bring a thing to make yourself feel at home. From the moment you pull in, you will have the feeling of peace & tranquility. The views are breathtaking! Every room, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, are well appointed. We rented this property for my husband's birthday. There were 4 of us. We wanted a place, on the lake, where we could disconnect from our busy lives & truly enjoy some well needed quality time with rest & relaxation. We definitely chose the perfect place! The tram was so wonderful to use to unpack & pack the car & to get down to the dock to fish. The weather was in the 50s, off & on rain, but that did not hinder our trip in any way. It actually made it even more relaxing & cozy. We used the fireplace everyday. Made breakfast every morning in the chef's kitchen, played in the well equipped game room. Sat on the porch to listen to the rain fall as we enjoyed a glass of wine & charcuterie. One night the 4 of us (all adults) went up into the secret "Spare Oom" Narnia room. We lit candles (On glass plates for safety), hung a string of led fairy lights over the door, opened a bottle of wine & played games. We reminisced & laughed in that room for a little over 2 hrs. We created memories that will last our lifetimes. Shawn is a wonderful host! He is extremely responsive to your questions & needs. Your satisfaction is his #1 priority! Truly a 5 star property! Don't hesitate!

Summary: Can't say enough about our recent stay at this property. We had 8 adults, and everyone was impressed with this property! The house itself is simply amazing -spacious and beautiful timber-frame concept. A huge open concept 1rst floor allowed us all to enjoy ourselves together. The views of lake Canandaigua are second to none. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with high-end appliances. The large lower-level game room is awesome! The beautiful boat dock is spacious - we spent each evening down there together on the lake and under the stars. The owner is very available and ready to accommodate, although we really didn't need anything because it was already taken care of. This is an amazing property!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay- even with quite a bit of rain during our week there, the place has so much room to spread out, relax, gorgeous views of the lake and games for a family to be entertained inside! The pictures don’t do the property justice… beautiful and clean! I love to cook and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed and more! We would love to stay again…

Summary: We spent the week at this fantastic cottage, enjoying everything the house has to offer as well as the easy access via tram to the lake. The water was crystal clear and we spent hours sunning, swimming and playing in the water. The cottage had all the amenities you could wish for as well as spectacular views from every window. Summary: Absolutely stunning views of the lake. Luxury lake home with all of the amenities. Well appointed chef kitchen with everything that you could possibly need. Master bed and bath was beautiful and large guest rooms. Game room was well equipped for adults and kids, no reason to ever be bored. Lift to the dock was such an added bonus. Secret rooms that will impress kids and adults Loved the privacy of the home and ample parking. Owner was extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. So many extras were provided that made my stay even more special. The attention to detail in this property was overwhelming and truly impressive. I hope to stay again next year. Don’t hesitate on this one!
