Positive: Braefield is a wonderful place to relax and unwind, the views are magnificent, it has everything you need to make your stay like home from home, the house has lots of original features. We have been now I think 7 times, and we have booked again for next year, which I think says it all.

Negative: Nothing to dislike!

Positive: Spacious house with good bedrooms and comfortable beds. Fantastic views over Portpatrick and towards Ireland. Welcoming host. A great place for our family gathering.

Negative: Just a few small things like the kitchen layout and lighting was a bit awkward. Decoration and furnishings perhaps look a little dated, but it was all clean and comfortable so that didn't bother us at all.

Positive: Braefield house is the perfect place to relax and unwind, this is our 5th time staying here, and we all absolutely love it. The views are truly stunning, and the house has everything you could possibly need for your stay, very clean and well maintained. John is an exceptional host, and is there on hand if you need him for anything, an absolute gentleman. We have already booked for next year, and hopefully will be going there for many years to come.
