Positive: The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was very nice.

Negative: I stayed in a room where there was a constant buzzing noise, which made it very difficult to sleep. The shuttle price of €35 is really excessive. When a shuttle service is offered and charged, it is important that the price is clearly stated in advance. Had I known this beforehand, I would have chosen a different hotel.

Positive: Most staff members are friendly, fairly competent and accommodating. The lobby area is attractive.

Negative: Certain staff members are simply "clueless". Location is not the best. Breakfast buffet needs improvement, it's however visually attractive but lacks quality products, and some fresh fruit should be available. Non-existant soundproofing between rooms - noisy housekeeping staff prevent you from relaxing during the day and inconsiderate guests prevent you from sleeping at night. Inadequate water pressure plus impossibility to take a shower without flooding the shower room floor. Room attendants need to pay a lot more attention to detail. Complimentary soft drinks in minibar were not cold.

Positive: Located a peaceful embassy area of Rabat walking distance to main Rabat attractions, attentive staff and good restaurant and welcoming and helpful staff

Negative: Gym is a bit small to say the least….
