Positive: The most friendly welcome. And underfloor heating in the shower! Tidy, clean

Negative: The room needs curtains or black out blinds. The wall between the bedrooms are very thin (or at least not soundproof at all!). Nowhere to dry soaking wet stuff after heavy rain

Positive: We only stayed for a short night on our way to the ferry to Norway. So we can't really comment on the B&B. But, we experienced our host Lone as very friendly and helpful, the room we had was really clean, quiet but not too big. So I would assume that the contact with the host is different if you stay longer, and the experience will differ from ours.

Negative: There were only 2 things that could be improved: First, in my understanding is breakfast a part of a B&B and so we missed the remark on our booking page (at the very end...) that breakfast needs to be booked at least 2 days prior the stay. This seems a bit strange to me but on the other hand, Lone helped us out by recommending an excellent location in Hirsthals town. So nothing lost here only some head scrubbing from my part. Then, the other thing, is the bed. I'm 200 cms tall, and with my wife next to me the bed was very narrow. I understand that a bigger bed would be difficult in the room but more space is very valuable for me as a tall person!
