The front door opens into the cosy sitting room where you will find comfy chairs and a wood-burning stove (for which an initial supply of logs is provided) plus a 40" Smart TV with Netflix. A staircase leads to the double bedroom with king size (150 cm) bed with pocket sprung mattress. This room has exposed oak beams and a high sloping ceiling. The en-suite bathroom has an over-bath thermostatically controlled shower. Downstairs the well equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Machine etc. has a back door which leads to the garden area. Summary: Beautiful cottage, very cosy and clean. pictures don’t do it justice, will definitely book to go there again.

Summary: We came from Boston and only had two short days to see the Cotswolds and we could not have loved the Box Cottage more! The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The cottage itself was clean and charming, with a magical little Secret Garden in the back where we loved having breakfast. The place is set in an idyllic and quiet neighborhood and so close to so many charming towns nearby. Our only disappointment is that we did not have longer to stay! Our time made me want to live in the Cotswolds! Could not more highly recommend and hope we get to come back one day!
