Positive: Location very good and layout of the house perfect for a group of 4 golfers.

Negative: I was a bit tricky getting the correct pass code into the door the first and second time we tried.

Positive: The home was 5 miles from Gualala, which we were happy about. The number and type of bedrooms (one with 2 twins, the rest queen or king) were perfect for us. The beach was a short walk from the house.

Negative: One of the 3 toilets had an odd pump that made an extremely loud noise, which scared my kids. The shower in the hall bathroom is really weirdly-shaped and didn't drain well. A/C or fans would have been nice; there were a few quite warm days.
