Positive: We absolutely loved our stay here. The balcony area was great even though we had wet weather, great views of the hills and down to the street. Good sized room and bathroom. Great coffee machine. Fridge in the room. Bed was really comfortable. I especially loved the little extras that they do slippers, a UK plug, topped up the coffee pods daily, they left us a mat for the door due to it being wet. Let’s talk LOCATION! Wow! Couldn’t have been happier, it is across the road from the supermarket, close to the train station and a 5-minute stroll to the centre of town for shopping, coffee shops, gelato and restaurants. The host is amazing at communication, met us at the accommodation and even helped us with our bags. Thank you so much ☺️ It’s an 11/10 for us!

Negative: There is a lift to the second floor and then 3 flights of stairs to the apartment, it definitely gave us a workout. But for anyone with mobility issues I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Positive: Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and located at the heart of things, including short walk to train station. We had to wait a little bit for our room to be ready and while doing so went to the rooftop deck to enjoy the view. Salvatore was friendly and provided clear instructions. Would stay here again.

Negative: Steps to the room may be a challenge for those not in best of health, especially with luggage. There’s a tiny lift to the 2nd floor but if you’re at the top of the building a few more steps to navigate. This wasn’t a problem for me and my family since we are fit and go up and down stairs at our own home in the US.

Positive: Location was great, the staff let us drop our bags off early so that we could enjoy Sorrento while we waited for the room to be clean, which is rare for an apartment stay. They also reached out to set up private transfers for excursions before our trip so we were conveniently ready to go once we arrived!

Negative: The only complaint we would have is the beds are very very firm, but I believe this is typical for the Sorrento area.

Summary: We had a lovely stay and the staff was very helpful, highly recommend!
