Negative: Room didn't match description.....no terrace.....no garden view.....no coffee making facilities....no mini bar.....etc etc ....no big deal except that was what the description was when I booked. And way overpriced.....not good value at all.

Positive: The staff were so friendly and attentive, made everything easy. We also did a wine tasting at the Zorz winery, Ian, our host was super friendly and informative and put an extra charm on the stay, breakfast was great as well.

Positive: We enjoyed the location in the beautiful valley close to the cave and Lipica. We liked the wine tasting experience. This is a great place and very clean. Breakfasts are substantial and enjoyed the great ac on the hot days we were there. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Negative: Guests should be aware that there are lots stairs if they have mobility issues. For us this was not an issue., I would have liked to have a little more available than shampoo in the bathroom and perhaps a full mirror and more than one small pillow. There is only one restaurant to walk to but not always open. Still there are other restaurants in Vipava town and a close grocery store.
