Negative: I arrived just after 16h on a Sunday.16h is listed by the hotel as a check in time. There was nobody at the reception. I only then and there realised that my bedroom is in the attic. This meant two flights of stairs, one of them, the one leading to the attic, extremely narrow and steep. I needed assistance with my baggage- there was nobody available to help until 18h. If you are elderly, disabled, with small children, lots of baggage or heavy baggage, tired after a long journey and similar, this hotel is not right for you. Even if your bedroom is on the first floor, there is a flight of stairs difficult to manage. Once the receptionist showed up, later on in the evening, he was kind and helpful. Unfortunately for me this was too late. Finally, and this is not the hotel's fault at all, make sure you have something to help with the mosquitoes.

Positive: This is such a nice place, calm and quiet and the staff superfriendöy. The suite was simply fantastc, as was the breakfast (many things like eg the yougurth was homemade(!)).
