Positive: The hotel is located in the creative and engaging New Town district. The building is very nice, with good ventilation and heating, and the rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished. It truly feels like an art museum.

Negative: The rooms only have coffee capsules and no minibar, not even a bottle of water. There is water, but it's from a vending machine in the lobby. I was so tired from the journey that it took me a while to realise I needed to go to the lobby to get water. It would have been nice to have a sign in the room about this, just mentioning the vending machine.

Positive: The location and space of the room. The staff were really helpful and served with a smile. Some great original art dotted around the hotel and in the room. Great coffee making facilities

Negative: The swimming pool wasn't very warm so felt uninviting. If I were managing this place, I'd redesign the space to make it more appealing. There is a gym in the basement which is a great selling point but I stumbled upon it by accident

Positive: Nicely decorated hotel next to the city center of Dresden in a bustling neighbourhood. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and the choices for breakfast are more than enough.

Negative: Nothing I could think of.

Positive: The apartments and the hotel has a cool design and it is well located in the middle of Neustadt. There were two separate rooms which were nice. The swimming pool is also pretty.

Negative: My room was extremely hot even in May. It was quite loud outside as well. It was difficult to find the parking. Maybe more than one staff member at the hotel would be useful.

Summary: Stay here for a good Neustadt stay!
