Positive: The woman at the reception was very friendly and informative, she upgrated our room which was comfortable. We used the guest-cards to get a lift by the local mini-bus to our hike point for free, thank you so much!
Negative: The croissants at breakfast could be more fresh.
Summary: The hotel is in a perfect place, just near ski-lift, our stay was very nice and peaceful

Positive: The hotel is very nice and cute. Right on the Ski lift. The family rooms were spacious and well decorated. The food at the restaurant was excellent.
Negative: Only as improvements: It would be a plus to have a minibar in the room and as well bodymilk. For breakfast would be nice to add some veggies and nuts.
Summary: We enjoyed and we will be back.

Facilities: The hotel is exceptionally well-managed, featuring a modern ski room, bar, restaurant, and a versatile kids/multi-functional room. A nice touch is the welcome water bottle waiting in your room upon check-in. Room: Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed—everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff (The Highlight!): The staff and management here are outstanding—professional, warm, and truly among the best in Switzerland! I booked a weekend ski trip for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond by making my husband a personalized birthday cake. The way they arranged everything was both personal and professional, showing genuine care for their guests. They also helped us book a restaurant in town, going the extra mile to communicate with the restaurant to secure a table for us, even when they were previously fully booked Restaurant: Clean, modern, and absolutely delicious—a perfect place to refuel after a day on the slopes. Final Verdict: This hotel delivers an amazing experience in every aspect. From the unbeatable location to the top-notch service, it’s a must-visit for anyone looking for a hassle-free ski getaway. Positive: Great waiters at the restaurant, helpful and friendly. The bathroom is great, and the rooms are nice. They have soaps for the babies which is a great plus. We did get an upgrade, which was nice, but unnecessary.
Negative: The room was so warm i had to go sleep in our camping car at 2am, even though we had both windows open. So much for having a break from the camping car at a hotel. I told the reception in the morning and they said it was because of all the wood. It's a concrete building. It's because there was no ventilation, at least not a sufficient one. And then she said thanks for informing us and handed me the bill. Will probably be comfortable in early spring, late fall and winter time.
