Summary: The room was smelling very bad. No A/C but a fan. Too much noise when you open the window. It was really hot at night. Flow of water was very weak for shower. The towels were not sufficient and bathrobe wasnt absorping the water at all. Generally helpful staff. We chose this hotel as it was very close to kintex exhibition Center but it was not at all. I am not sure for next time

Summary: Everything worked and was clean and in good condition. Tub with shower had no walls or curtain. Only one bath towel was provided even through cleanings and towel storage was oddly not in bathroom. Gand soap bar disappeared after first day. But room and hotel was very functional.

Summary: Not cleaned super well. There was hair in the bath drain and the electric kettle still had a but of water in it. The bathroom is awkwardly designed (no shower curtain). Can't control the temperature. Barely any outlets to plug in devices. The TV is big and the bed was OK. Staff was fine. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes. There was bottled water I could grab which was nice. It gets the job done if you are desparate but it is very mediocre. Don't expect much. It is quite overpriced.

Summary: For the most part it’s ok. I asked for a non smoking room and was told I would get a non smoking room but the room reeks of smoke. Also, the staff is not responsive after. I sent an email if they saw my earring while cleaning but I never got a response. I also put the sign not to clean the room, but someone cleaned it anyways and when I got back, the door was unlocked.

Summary: The room was super clean. It was also quiet and there are many restaurants around the hotel. I would choose this motel again, next time when I go to Ilsan on a business trip.
