Positive: Big parking lot (free of charge), nice territory.

Negative: Very small rooms. Hot water from boiler - your shower has to be quick or you risk finishing it with cold water. Packed breakfast - some white buns, a couple pieces of ham and salami, cheese, a slice of cucumber, and a couple of tomatoes. A bottle of juice. No hot food or hot drinks.

Positive: The hotel and the facilities are pretty new and clean. Biggest advantage was they were providing a secured parking place right in front of the hotel. So you can simply access room if you travel with your car. Connection to the public transportation was pretty good and there is always constant tram to access the centrum directly.

Negative: The only 2 negative points I would like to share were the breakfast and the toilet doors. Hotel provides a breakfast service however it’s not a free-to-select form, instead plates were prepared every morning for you. Right after your booking hotel informs you with message for breakfast details, so please be aware of the content and your wish. Secondly, room toilet doors were sliding type therefore thy are not fully closed. That means someone visit the toilet might wake you up with it.

Summary: New Facilities, parking possibilities and good value for the price.
