Positive: Truly top 5 of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in the world. Every corner of the entire building is clean and hygienic. The staff is amazing and friendly. Beautifully decorated. If I ever stay in Makarska again, I will definitely book here again.

Positive: location of the hotel is great. Close to the beach, close to main pedestrian zone but quiet. Hotell staff is friendly and supportive. Hotel is clean, small swimming pool is nice, breakfast was good. Definitly i will recommend it to my friends.

Positive: We liked everything about the property, it was beautifully decorated, rooms were very well appointed it was very quiet, very clean and in a good location, not far from all facilities. The breakfast offerings were fresh and varied. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and keen to assist whenever required. Swimming pool was lovely as was the sauna and jacuzzi. The fitness room was also good.

Positive: Staff very attentive . friendly and helpful nothing a problem Room cleaned and fresh towels daily modern hotel with small pool and sunbeds Easy walk to beach , restaurants , bars

Negative: its not a dislike because the stay was fabulous but we think the breakfast scenario could be improved

Positive: The best hotel we ever stayed at! We travel a lot in Europe and have never seen this kind of luxury anywhere else. We were greeted with a glas of bubbly wine when we checked in. The staff was extremely friendly and their only mission was to make our stay as great as they possibly could and they succeed with that. The breakfast is fantastic! You order how you want your eggs done or if you want scrambled eggs, omelette etc etc. The pool area is very nice even though we didn't use it. It's very close to the beach. You can see a part of the beachwalk from the room. The room was spotless and everything you can need is there. There is also a minibar and safe. The bed was very comfortable. They have a garage with a Tesla destination charger wich was reserved to us during our stay. All other hotels have a lot to learn from the staff here. Stars means nothing if you can't live up to them. The staff here was top notch as well as the hotel itself. They gave us lots of ideas what to do around there and wrote notes to us so we could find it. If you are thinking of going to Makarska or the surroundings you must book here! It's worth every euro.
