Positive: We liked the location, the bed was comfortable and the unit smelled clean and fresh.

Negative: If you are tall you should know that the ceilings are really low and this unit uses 3 electric wall heaters.

Positive: This apartment was absolutely amazing. Very cozy, clean, and well kept. The space was a really good size. Mary was easy to contact with any issues (mostly parking related). I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: My only issue is the driveway is pretty beat up. I took a tumble and scratched up my leg. Would be nice to have that hole filled in.

Positive: This is a cute basement apartment not far from I-5. It is well-appointed with a comfortable king bed in the primary room (we didn't use the secondary room). The bathroom is large and the shower warmed quickly with good water pressure. Check-in and out was a breeze, and the hosts were quick to follow-up after booking as well as for check-in/out instructions. Also helpful that while the hosts ask for a bit of cleaning before you check out, that there is a vacuum in the closet to tidy up.

Negative: I don't think that it is accurate to call it an apartment in the rental description. The space is more like an in-home suite in that there is a small kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, but this couldn't be called anything like a kitchen. The description and photos do clearly show what is included and when booking the hosts are careful to remind that it was the two-bedroom, but I still think calling it a suite would call attention. The stairway up to the main house has a couple houseplants, but the door has a large gap underneath and it was apparent that you could easily hear up and down anything that was happening near the stairwell.
