Positive: The food and meal options are SO many it's overwhelming.... but everything we ate was very good. The beds had these little pillows which also made it very compfy. I liked that they will lend you baby wagons and baby stuff such as bath tubs to make mom's life easier.
Negative: I hated that they give you water in those little plastic cups, it's such a waste. There HAS to be a more efficient and ecofriendly way to it. I also felt that our shower space was not very clean as there were hairs inside (not ours).

Positive: The positive points were the attentive staff and the varied food.
Negative: My room on the eighth floor was extremely noisy. The noise from the highway nearby and the air conditioning outside made it impossible to sleep peacefully. The mattresses were not comfortable. To top it off, the hotel was unable to provide bathrobes. Not worthy of a "5 star" hotel. The gym was noisy, like a suburban nightclub.

Positive: The hotel is beautiful and clean The garden is very beautiful Great place for families and enough activities for different age groups Enough beautiful spaces for recreational and leisure The food was delicious (lunch and dinner). I did not experience breakfast as I only eat after 12h00 Pizza, churrasco, and salads were my favorite
Negative: No milk for the coffee offered at the entrance of the restaurant Never enjoyed the desert. Most were too sweet .

Positive: Great location and easy access to other cities. Avoids congestion of Sao Paulo. Near by Atabaia has good bars and restaraunts. Hotel facilities are good and pool areas great if you are lucky to have time to try it.
