Summary: Our stay was beautiful and perfectly located a couple of blocks from the heart of New Orleans. Even though the hotel is located so close to Bourbon street, you couldn’t hear any noise from inside our room at night. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but the pool area was very clean and pretty.

Summary: Amazing hotel! Loved the location and the view. Service was great the only issue was that I paid in advance through hotels dot com but got charged again when checking in. They mentioned they would be refunding but I would have to wait 5 business days. Besides that everything was lovely, my family requested we book there again for the “next time”.

Summary: Our room was great! We had the 2 level one with a large patio. Super loud though. I think the patio should have more chairs. Pool was great, poolside service was spotty and expensive. We come from CA and those were CA prices. I would definitely stay here again though. Staff wasn’t super friendly but not horrible either just doing their job.

Summary: Bourbon Orleans is a fantastic option for a stay in the French Quarter. It’s right off Bourbon, but is a nice respite from the craziness. Easy walkability to pretty much anywhere in the French Quarter, comfortable rooms, beautiful architecture, and great service. It will always be my top choice for a visit to New Orleans.

Summary: ⸻ The Bourbon Orleans really impressed me. It’s an older building with so much character and charm, but it’s been renovated so it doesn’t feel dated at all. The location is perfect—it’s literally on the corner by Bourbon Street—yet I couldn’t hear any noise at night, which was a huge plus. We stayed in a bi-level room, which was perfect for entertaining. I can’t speak to the food or drinks since we didn’t try them, but the service from the moment we arrived until the moment we left was absolutely amazing. We come to NOLA every year for this event, and I think this might just be our new go-to hotel. Loved it!

Summary: The parking is valet only and a steep $50 a day but it was really worth it for the location. I didn’t hear the noise others mentioned. The hotel is gorgeous, every single member of the staff with outstanding and welcoming. The bed was so comfortable I almost wanted to stay in each day! I’d definitely stay again.
