Summary: Very high end hotel, decor was beautiful and very well maintained. Reception staff were very helpful. Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We used the special hotel entrance to the park but found this was not open at the end of the day so had to walk all the way around. We did not experience any of the dining facilities so cannot comment here. On site parking was £25 per day.

Summary: A really lovely hotel, room was excellent and cleaned every day, bathroom and shower also excellent. Staff training could do with a bit more, some of the staff were unhelpful i.e. ordering room service and explanation of the location for the overflow carpark...would definitely stay here again 😊

Summary: This hotel is very opulent, with a lovely high end look and feel. The staff are super professional, but still friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and well equipped, again with a high quality look and feel to it. The staff left on the table, an individual cake and card for my son’s birthday, which was a wonderful touch and hugely appreciated. We would definitely stay here again..!!
