Summary: After paying a LOT of money to stay here I was then shocked to find we didn’t have breakfast included! Would cost another £60 and also had to pay £25 for the night to stay in there own car park! Lovely hotel but definitely not worth the cost! Could get a 5 star in a lot better cities for a lot cheaper! Staff all lovely though!

Summary: The atmosphere wasn’t warm. Some staff seem stressed/overworked. Impressed with one gal in the dining room that brought us croissants, jam & water as we were disappointed there was no food service between 11am-noon. Not happy with having to walk around the back of hotel in the dark as the glass doors out front to the Promenade are kept locked. An idea would be to install a card swipe for guests to access.
