Positive: At first it was a bit weird to have use a code to access the building and the room and not have a person at the front desk. We got use to it pretty quickly though. It was nice because you could walk the town without having to take a car.

Negative: My wife and I are use to much higher toilet seats. These were lower then we have at home. Being elderly and not as flexible as we use to be, the low seats made it a bit harder to stand up from.
