Positive: Perfect for relaxation and getting your toughts together. I am not sure how it is summer, but winter ir perfect time to enjoy.

Negative: It was just perfect. There are no grocery shops around in winter time but the owners had taken care about everything.

Positive: Located in a scenic part of Tihany. Nice views.

Negative: Ventilation is quite poor. Mind that you're sleeping in total darkness. Be aware of spiders on the property and inside the house..

Positive: The owner was very kind and helpful. The place is in a beautiful location with a gorgeous view to Lake Balaton. The house is also beautifully decorated, the bed and couch are super comfy, and the hot tub is purely amazing. I couldn't wish for a better place on our trip.

Negative: The road to the house is a rising, very narrow dirt road with two-way traffic. In rainy/snowy weather, it can get difficult to approach

Positive: We loved that there was a fence all around the garden in front of the house so our dog could enjoy some off-leash time. The house was warm upon arrival and clean. The location and view were amazing. The place is perfect for people who like nature.

Negative: The things that could be improved is providing a lighter for the fireplace (we couldn't find any) although we asked and payed for the wood. The fridge was a bit dirty on the inside.

Positive: The area was pretty quiet and had a nice view. There was a jacuzzi, but i didn't use it. There was a minimal kitchen that you can use. There was also a minibar that you could buy some beer, soda or coffee capsules (honor system - put equivalent cash in a can).

Negative: There's three minor things that people should be aware of: 1. There's no WiFi, but outside you can get on-and-off mobile signal. For me as a one night stay that had some stuff to arrange it was a bit of an inconvenience. 2. Instead of having the minibar with the prices, you can offer some free coffee capsules and a free bottle of water. (small value but nice gesture) 3. The bedroom is the farthest inside and it feels a bit claustrophobic because it's smaller and has no windows. But it's a dug-out house, so it was expected. No biggie.
